By accessing or using OversightOS you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of OversightOS including individuals and organizations.
OversightOS provides an AI agent governance platform that helps organizations register, monitor, and govern AI agents operating within their environments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. Accounts may not be shared between individuals unless your plan explicitly includes shared access.
You agree to use OversightOS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to store or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, interfere with the platform's operation, or use automated means to access the platform without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into OversightOS. By using the platform you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your data and we do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the platform.
OversightOS and all related technology, design, and content are the property of OversightOS LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
During any free pilot or trial period OversightOS is provided as-is without any warranty. We may terminate pilot access at any time. Any data entered during a pilot period will be retained for 30 days after the pilot ends unless you request earlier deletion or convert to a paid plan.
OversightOS is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OversightOS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the District of Columbia.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of OversightOS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or through the platform.
